Summary: My group of four enjoyed our stay in this house. It was perfect for a football weekend. The house can easily sleep more than just our four. The location is great. The house was clean and comfortable.

Summary: Stayed here with a group of six friends for a football weekend. It was clean, had everything we needed and plenty of space. Wish it was walking distance to Main St but it was a quick Lyft/ Uber. Would stay again!

Summary: Great house. Great location. Within walking distance to downtown and the stadium. Rooms were perfect size, great back yard with gas grill. Host was super responsive and greeted us with a welcome message, drinks and snacks. I would recommend. I would stay again. 5-STARS

Summary: This is a small but very comfortable home in a scenic and nice part of Ann Arbor. It was perfect for a football weekend with my adult son and daughter my granddaughter and her husband.
